The Legal 500 2016 has again demonstrated Blocks Solicitors continued commitment to serving its East Anglian client base.
The firm maintains strong listings in all of its main practice areas being Agriculture, Corporate and Commercial, Commercial Litigation, Employment, Private Client and Family Law.
In Commercial Property Law, Blocks rose an entire tier showing their rising star status in this area. Blocks act for one of the region’s leading commercial lenders.
Those at Blocks particularly singled out for praise were Frances Barker, the firm’s Employment Lawyer, who was described as “seriously impressive”; Emma Woollard who is Blocks’ new Private Client Partner and Demelza Butler, for “Exceptional Client Care”.
Other Blocks Partners that received mention for their expertise were Gerry Field for Agriculture and Commercial Property, Andrew Fleming for Corporate/Commercial and Commercial Property and Graham Mead for Commercial Litigation.
Going forward, the firm is specifically looking to grow its increasing links with China in its corporate and commercial sectors and to continue its focus on the Agricultural sector with its diversification and tax requirements and its expanding core private client base.
