RECRUITMENTS STRENGTHEN THE BLOCKS TEAM
Leading Suffolk based law firm Blocks Solicitors continues to build on its strategy for provision of top class conveyancing and other property services. Two new recruits, Kim Caley and Luisa Palumbo, are working together as a very strong and experienced team, to support the work of Gerry Field in property services for individuals, developers and Housing Associations.
Kim Caley is a specialist in legal property work and has joined the firm to oversee conveyancing and support the busy Commercial Property team. She is a Licenced Conveyancer. Kim has recently been managing the legal team of a large national developer, responsible for large scale property development work and conveyancing across the south and east of England. She is already well known in the regional legal community and has an excellent reputation for her highly capable work and warm, energetic character. The Firm is delighted that Kim has agreed to be part of the further expansion of the commercial property development and high-class conveyancing area of the practice.
Luisa Palumbo is a specialist conveyancing paralegal who worked for many years at Ashton KCJ and recently for Harvey Son & Filby. Like Kim she is well known in this area, as a safe, friendly and very capable pair of hands in the area of residential conveyancing. Luisa is delighted to be at Blockslegal and with Kim she looks forward to offering existing and new Clients an excellent service.
Gerry Field, Managing Partner comments: “Our strategy for further growth requires us to have people in place who are not only exceptional lawyers with strong communication and management skills but are also warm, positive characters with initiative and drive. We are keen to give freedom and opportunities to individuals with the qualities and talent to develop their own careers here and be part of our strategy. We are very encouraged by the positive and enjoyable place the firm has become, for clients, staff and partners.’
