Gift Making by Attorneys
August 6, 2013 10:14 am
The Office of the Public Guardian has published a practice note which can be found on the Ministry of Justice website and which provides some guidance on how the issue of gift making by attorneys should be approached. It is important to note however that it is simply guidance.
