July 26, 2016 3:55 pm
Following on from an initial, successful lunch at the House of Lords, organised by LinksEast.com and hosted by Lord Sassoon, Chairman of the China-Britain Business Council, a further meeting is being organised at the Suffolk Food Hall on Thursday 28th July by LinksEast.com, whose mission is to encourage more companies in East Anglia to do business in and with China.
BlocksLegal LLP sponsored the initial House of Lords event and is also sponsoring the second Event at Suffolk Food Hall. Both events aim to promote and support international trade from East Anglia.
The focus of the discussion will be on the Food & Drink industry in the East of England and senior representatives from local businesses will get together to explore the opportunities to develop their export business with China.
William Kendall, High Sheriff of Suffolk, is kindly supporting this discussion on boosting Sino-UK exports from the East of England.
Chris Cotton, Director of the China-Britain Business Council, and Alan Pain, regional head of UK Trade and Investment, will also talk about the wide range of services they offer to new and existing exporters.
