HR Suffolk Forum – Next Event 29th February 2012

Dear HR professional

We would like to invite you to the HR Suffolk Forum.

HR professionals with local businesses and organisations often have much in common, but rarely have the opportunity to learn together or share experiences. The established partnership between University Campus Suffolk (UCS) and Blocks Solicitors has addressed this gap by setting up a HR Forum based at UCS Waterfront.

The HR Suffolk Forum seeks to engage HR professionals from private and public sector organisations through providing a local platform for educational and networking opportunities. It aims to be inclusive and is targeted at HR professionals, who may find such a local group useful, interesting and supportive.

The Forum runs like a 'breakfast club' at the UCS Waterfront Building. Presentations and discussions on HR-related issues offer updates of legal changes as well as provide a platform for discussions on topical issues. Sessions start at 8.15am with a breakfast and are themed by subject, with an information session, a guest expert and a discussion/scenario. To maximise the relevance of each subsequent session, the group is invited to suggest future themes for discussion.

Our next meeting is on Wednesday 29th February 2012. Sessions are held in the UCS Boardroom, Waterfront Building, from 8:15am to 10.00am UCS provides CPD certification of attendance.
